Payment

I accept all major credit cards, which are processed securely by Paypal. (Don’t worry, you don’t need a Paypal account to shop here!)

If you do have a Paypal account you can pay from your account balance. Paypal eChecks are fine too, but your order will not be processed or shipped until the payment clears.

New Zealand customers are also able to pay by bank deposit. Just select the ‘bank deposit’ option in the shopping cart. I will contact you via email within 24 hours to give you our bank details, and your order total will be converted to NZ dollars using the current exchange rate.

Sorry, but I cannot accept foreign cash, cheques or money orders.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart based on the weight and dimensions of products you order, and your location. You can always see the shipping cost in the shopping cart before you enter any personal details.

NEW ZEALAND: $1.00

AUSTRALIA: Starting from $2.50 (increases with weight/size of order)

REST OF THE WORLD: Starting from $3.00 (increases with weight/size of order)

I use Standard Post for orders within New Zealand, and Air Mail for all international shipments. This service does not offer tracking abilities, but I have found it to be extremely reliable and experience very few problems.


Please allow the following amounts of time for delivery:

NEW ZEALAND: 1-3 working days processing + 1-3 working days delivery = 2-6 working days total

AUSTRALIA: 1-3 working days processing + 3-6 working days delivery = 4-9 working days total

REST OF THE WORLD: 1-3 working days processing + 4-10 working days delivery = 5-13 working days total

If you live in a rural area delivery may take an extra few days, and if you have paid by Paypal eCheck your order will not start processing until the payment has cleared.

Returns

If you need to return any items, please contact me for the address and instructions. The items must be unused and in original condition, you will need to cover return postage, and I will credit you with the product cost when the items arrive.

If you would like to exchange items please return the ones you don’t want, and place a new order.

Problems

I check and pack orders carefully and damaged, faulty or missing items are extremely rare, but if you do experience a problem please email me with details and I will sort it out for you right away!
