All prices on this site are in US dollars. We are in New Zealand, but most of you aren't :) 12.5% GST will be added at checkout for NZ customers only.

We use PayPal to process credit cards, but you don't need a PayPal account to shop with us!

Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart based on the weight of products you order, and your location. As a guide, the vast majority of our orders worldwide ship for $3.50 or less. It might be more if you order a lot of items, though! You can always see the shipping cost in the shopping cart before you enter any personal details.

We will send your order by airmail in sturdy envelope/s, which usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive, though sometimes it can be a little longer (especially to Canada - your customs seem to like holding onto packages!). If you ever need to query your order please get in touch with us.

New Zealand customers can also pay by bank deposit. Just use the cart like normal, and choose the 'bank deposit' option. We will contact you via email within 24 hours to give you our bank details, and your order total will be converted to NZ dollars using the current exchange rate.

Can I re-post drawings from Nut and Bee's Sketchbook Sweeties?

You may post our drawings or product pictures on your website or blog as long as:
1) They are not altered in any way (except resizing, which is OK)
2) They are clearly credited to Nut and Bee
3) A link to www.nutandbee.com is provided
4) It is not a commercial site

You may also use an image or partial image from Nut and Bee as an avatar (e.g. in a forum, or as a LiveJournal userpic), as long as you provide a credit and link to us in your profile on the site.

For anything outside of that please contact me and we can talk about it!

Do you do custom projects?

At this time we don't take on much custom work, as it is usually very time-consuming and we prefer to work with our own ideas :) We will consider projects in the 'Nut and Bee style', but please don't be offended if we can't take on the work. If you'd like to use one of our existing drawings for something (e.g. an invitation) that is usually easier to accomodate. In either case, just get in touch with as many details as you can and we'll see how it goes!
